Kodi was conceived on June 13, 1996 in Adelaide, Australia, to Sonja Smit and Andy McPhee, who is a performer and expert wrestler. His sister is on-screen character Sianoa Smit-McPhee. In 2014, Kodi featured in Twentieth Century Fox's Day break of the Planet of the Gorillas inverse Andy Serkis, Jason Clarke, Gary Oldman, and Keri Russell. The venture rejoined him with executive Matt Reeves with whom he beforehand worked with on the film Let Me in (inverse Chloe Moretz). The film has netted over $700MM Around the world. The film Youthful Ones (dir: Jake Paltrow) in which Kodi featured inverse Michael Shannon, Nicholas Hoult and Elle Fanning, debuted at the 2014 Sundance Film Celebration. Kodi was as of late at the 2015 Sundance Film Celebration for the debut of Moderate West (dir. John MacLean), in which he stars inverse Michael Fassbender and Ben Mendelsohn. The film got the World Silver screen Great Jury Prize. It's a Western two hander that happens in the Wild West in the 1870's. A24 has discharged the film in the US to rave surveys. Prior in 2015, Kodi was viewed as the lead part in an epic 8 section Australian TV smaller than usual arrangement Gallipoli (2015) (Channel Nine) in light of the notorious WWI fight that occurred 100 years back. In 2016, Kodi co-featured in X-Men: End times (2016) (dir: Bryan Artist) for Twentieth Century Fox, depicting the part of Nightcrawler. He lives in Los Angeles.
